So came back yesterday from a week at the beach with my family...It felt so good to walk around without a shirt on for the first time in years without feeling embarrassed about how I look. I also went for runs in the morning and my back didn't seize up without all the excess baggage in the front.
How does my skin feel - still a bit sensitive around the flanks, other than this bloody awesome so touch and feel my stomach (I do this all the time now myself...) I have so much more confidence, self belief and a positive attitude.
If you are reading this blog then dont go for anything other than VASER - I say only good things start with a "V" not a "L"!!! Almost like Victory vs. Loser (ha ha). dont be bullied into to traditional lipo by a Surgeon who refuses to embrace modern technology and just wants to butcher and bruise you - go somewhere else even if you have to travel - dont just accept their word as South Africa is so far behind this technology compared to the rest of the world....
